Emma's commitment to professional development is evident through her role in delivering training to frontline professionals in Developmental Trauma and attachment. She co-established a post-sexual abuse clinic for victims of childhood sexual abuse and trauma, showcasing her dedication to addressing critical issues.In her private practice over the past decade, Emma has provided individual therapy for adults, couples, and older adolescents dealing with a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and problematic relationship attachments. Notably, she introduced the Parent-Child Anxiety Transformation Programme (P-CAT), a 6-month Therapeutic Coaching initiative empowering parents to navigate and transform their child's anxiety into resilience and confidence.
