Sunday SoulDay Interview with our host Damesha Craig (Ep. 2)

Today we turn the tables on our beautiful host, Damesha Craig to interview her. The daughter of NFL great, Roger Craig and Vernessia Craig. As the eldest of 5 children, she shares her experiences; including her upbringing, career/entrepreneurial journey and love life. She discusses transitions and pivotal, turning points that led her to living her life for herself rather than for others. She teaches us how to forgive and of course, tips around how to fuel our souls.  
Some key takeaways included: to keep healing, forgiveness as a gift we give ourselves, Damesha’s inspiration to make as much as we can out of our lives (leaving all our creativity and energy here before we leave this earth), her empathy  and love for family and the grace she gives to herself. She recognizes that life is a journey! She sees the world with a child like curiosity and is all about progress rather than perfection. Remember that healing is a process, and can be an important step towards finding peace and wholeness.
