Interview with Hassan M. Al-Shohaty, High Performance Coach (Ep. 10)

This week on Sunday SoulDay we have Soul Fueler Hassan M. Al-Shohaty, a former investment advisor with a successful 15-year career in the financial industry. However, everything changed when he contracted Covid-19 in March 2022. During his two-week self-isolation period, he took the opportunity to focus on himself and rediscovered his true calling. Born in Yemen where he was exposed to traditions and society's expectations of how men and women should behave, Hassan always had a sense of curiosity about life, reason, and purpose. His journey through life, and in particular the corporate world and investment industry led him to run and manage a team, achieving great success. Yet, underneath the surface, he felt unfulfilled and self-diagnosed himself depressed. Through meditation and introspection, he embarked on a transformational journey, delving into the meaning of stress, trauma, and the connection between mind and body. This path of self-discovery led him to put down his thoughts and started writing a book, challenging misconceptions about men's wellbeing and mental health. Today, Hassan, a husband and father of two has transitioned from financial services to become an empowering high-performance coach, dedicated to helping others live a thriving and fulfilling life.
